
Erika Brice serves as an Investment Officer within the Social Investment Practice (SIP) at The Kresge Foundation, where she collaborates with program partners to design and implement program related investment strategies (PRIs) to drive systemic change. Erika’s investment portfolio currently spans Health, Human Services, and Education. Within these domains, she manages a range of investment mandates tailored to the unique challenges and opportunities of each sector. These investment mandates include, improving maternal health, advancing efficiencies in public health systems, supporting the sustainability and productivity of hospital energy infrastructure, and facilitating the development of community-centered commercial real estate development. Her portfolio also encompasses investments to support domestic manufacturing and HBCUs. Beyond her investment responsibilities, Erika works to build the field of capital that is intentionally aligned with the needs and aspirations of communities across the United States. She actively collaborates with a range of stakeholders—including policymakers, sector leaders, community-based organizations, private industry leaders, and other key partners—to design and implement sustainable, long-term solutions to complex and persistent challenges. Prior to joining Kresge in 2021, Erika spent the majority of her career in institutional investment, commercial real estate finance and development with an emphasis on public/private partnerships and innovative capital structures.
