Darrell M. Blocker is currently Chief Operating Officer for MOSAIC Security, a strategic crisis management and executive advisory firm. He served as an intelligence officer for six consecutive Presidential Administrations (Reagan to Trump), including four years as a USAF analyst and 28 years as a CIA operative before retiring in 2018. During the Biden-Harris transition, he was one of President Biden’s top nominees to be Director CIA. Darrell is a regular on-air contributor for ABC News and provides analysis on Russia/Ukraine, North Korea, Iran, and Terrorism. He is a 2022 Council of Advisors member for Black Professionals in International Affairs (BPIA) and volunteers with nonprofits dedicated to serving youth in the foster care system where he in his fourth year on the Board of Peace4Kids.org. Darrell is also a Rendeavour Board of Directors, Africa's largest urban land developer, focusing on building new cities across Sub-Saharan Africa. His highly regarded TEDxUGA talk entitled “LISTEN MORE, SPEAK LESS: LESSONS IN KINDNESS FROM A CIA OPERATIVE has taken him to London, Lisbon, and multiple US locations.
