Mr. Andrew Gilmour is a serial entrepreneur and an accomplished business leader with over 20 years’ experience in global security and critical infrastructure development industries. Mr. Gilmour has extensive experience working with governments and sovereign nations operating in multiple financial, legal, and regulatory environments. Adept at working with complex financing structures and business processes to drive operational results, Mr. Gilmour is skilled at creating and managing high-performing teams in global environments. Mr. Gilmour holds a BA in History and Philosophy of Science and Technology from the University of Chicago.
