Ana Kreacic

Chief Knowledge Officer, Oliver Wyman Group; Chief Operating Officer, Oliver Wyman Forum

Ana Kreacic is a Partner and Chief Knowledge Officer of Oliver Wyman and the COO of the Oliver Wyman Forum – the firm’s think tank. She is an internationally sought-after speaker and author whose work on customer and employee needs and behaviors, and how these are influenced by technology shifts and future generations, has been featured in The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Forbes, World Economic Forum, and MIT Sloan. Ana has over 20 years of consulting and operational experience in corporate strategy, organizational effectiveness and new business ventures, and has served on several boards. She is a member of Oliver Wyman’s Americas Leadership Team and its Global Industries Leadership Team. She also has been the Executive Sponsor of the Women of Oliver Wyman Employee Resource Group. She is deeply committed to education, empowering women, and mentoring young people. Ana holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Maryland. Having lived across the globe, Ana is fluent in English, Slovene, Croatian/Serbian, Spanish and French.
