Alice Park is the senior health correspondent with TIME and author of The Stem Cell Hope, How Stem Cell Medicine Can Change Our Lives. In 2019, she co-chaired the inaugural Time 100 Health Summit. She has written cover stories on stem cells, childhood vaccinations, the health care system, heart disease, HIV, cancer immunotherapy and the gene editing technology CRISPR. She contributed to TIME’s coverage of the COVID-19 pandemic, focusing on the race to develop effective vaccines. Park also contributes to the magazine’s Olympics coverage, covering figure skating, gymnastics and swimming.
