Ron Eliasek

Ron is the Chairman on Jefferies’ Global TMT Investment Banking practice. He has 27 years of experience advising technology companies and private equity firms across a broad range of transactions including M&A, IPOs, debt and equity issuance. He maintains deep relationships with major corporations and has completed transactions with Broadcom, IBM, Microsoft, Oracle, Salesforce, SAP, Workday, and many others. He also has extensive experience advising private equity firms in the technology sector. Before Jefferies, Ron spent 12 years at Bank of America Securities, where he served as Chairman of Global Technology, Media and Telecom Investment Banking and Global Head of Software.
