Luis Gutierrez

Luis Gutierrez Chairman of the Board , Fibra Prologis He just retired in December of 2023 after 35 years from leading Prologis activities in Latin America, including President of Latin America and CEO of Fibra Prologis , a public vehicle in Mexico. His responsibilities were development , acquisition and operations in Mexico and Brazil. Mr Gutierrez managed a high quality development and operating portfolio of more than 70 million square feet and 350 properties with an approximate value of $6 Billion USD . These are located in the eight most dynamic manufacturing and logistics markets and leased to global customers . In his recent activities he has been a promoter of foreign investment and understands the Near-shoring trends. He is a former President of AMPIP ( Mexican Association of industrial Parks ) and AMEFIBRA ( Mexican Association of REITS ) among many other non profit work .
