Khalfan Belhoul, CEO of Dubai Future Foundation (DFF), leads its strategy to position Dubai as a top future city and innovation hub. With over a decade in transformative roles, he focuses on catalyzing change and fostering collaboration to turn visions into reality, especially through initiatives that encourage disruptive change and knowledge sharing. Previously, Belhoul was Vice President of Strategy at Dubai Holding, steering strategic direction and enhancing investments to diversify Dubai’s non-oil economy. He founded Belhoul Investment Office, managing diverse asset strategies. He holds a BS in Finance and Management Information Systems and a Master’s in E-Commerce from Boston University, and an Honorary Doctorate from Middlesex University Dubai for his foresight contributions. Belhoul serves on several boards, including: Emirates Development Bank, Dubai International Financial Centre Authority, UAE Football Association, Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University, Rashid and Latifa Schools Establishments, Committee of Future Technology and Digital Economy, Metaverse Governance, World Economic Forum.
