Shur’s company-sponsored financial wellness programs integrate alternative credit scoring, financial guidance, insurance, and banking. The company promotes generational wealth by helping borrowers move from debt to wealth creation -- while building new revenue paths for banks, credit unions, and other financial institutions. KB is a life member of the Council on Foreign Relations and served with CFR as an International Affairs Fellow. He graduated from Morehouse College and Harvard Kennedy School.
