Josh Jessup

Josh Jessup, GM Global Retirement and Financial Wellness, leads an incredible team of HR professionals responsible for the plan design, oversight and management of Delta’s Global Retirement plans and innovative Financial Wellbeing Programs for over 100,000 employees in more than 50 countries. Josh is a self-proclaimed personal finance nerd who is passionate about making financial literacy available, and financial freedom a reality, for Delta’s worldwide population. Prior to this role he held HR Leadership roles of increasing responsibility with Delta over more than 14 years supporting Reservations, Technical Operations, Airport Customer Service and Cargo divisions. Before Delta he held HR leader roles in the retail and automation industries.
