Jeanna Smialek

Jeanna Smialek is the Federal Reserve reporter at The New York Times, a role she has held since 2019. Previously, she covered economics at Bloomberg News. She is the author of "Limitless: The Federal Reserve Takes on a New Era of Crisis", and is a graduate of New York University and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Originally from Pittsburgh, she now lives outside of Washington, D.C.
