Adam Roseman has emerged as a prominent voice on financial inclusion and how the use of AI/ML can help to deliver higher ROI impact to excluded populations. His entrepreneurial journey in tech, finance and media in the U.S., Europe and Asia has led to building solutions for a significant & underserved sector of the U.S. workforce. Adam founded SteadyIQ and Steady alongside Shaquille O’Neal and served as CEO until 2022 (when his teenage son became critically ill). SteadyIQ provides crucial AI-enabled income verification, asset verification and impact measurement services to city, county and state government agencies, commercial enterprises and NGOs serving gig, self-employed, and contingent workers, as well as a large portion of W-2 workers whose paystubs are not easily accessible. These individuals, representing a growing near majority of the workforce, face unique challenges in accessing public benefits & financial products, verifying employment or even renting a home. SteadyIQ's flagship product, the Income Passport, addresses this gap by offering a "digital paystub" that encompasses all forms of standard and non-standard income. This innovation removes a massive barrier to access, promoting greater economic equity. SteadyIQ has now engaged with over 7 million U.S. workers. Roseman's work has attracted high-profile investors and partners, underlining its social impact and he led the company to a #86 overall ranking and #7 in financial services in the 2022 INC5000.His insights on financial inclusion have been featured in prominent publications, as a recurring guest lecturer at Stanford Graduate School of Business and as a recognized speaker at leading finance and technology conferences. Adam has spent much of the last 2 years focused on the care of his 14 year old son, Trey, who had become critically ill. Adam is now advising a world class clinical team in launching a venture fund to invest in finding a cure for his teenage son's catastrophic disease, NMOSD, and other autoimmune diseases.Adam also currently serves as a senior operating advisor to private equity firm Corbel Capital Partners and executive recruitment firm Safire Partners. Adam spent nearly 20 years in private equity and investment banking, including 10 years leading his own firms, with a primary focus on technology, consumer, sustainability and media & entertainment. 10 of those years were in in emerging markets in Asia and Latin America. He was previously recognized in AdAge’s Global 40 Under 40.
