Rini Greenfield is an venture capitalist investing human and planetary health. She is the founder and managing partner of Rethink Food, an impact fund investing in food and agricultural technology. Prior to Rethink, Rini spearheaded impact investments for a family office. Before moving to private equity, she was a co-founder of Adaptive Management, a Tiger Management hedge fund investing in technology and consumer. Rini started her career as a public markets investor at Weiss Multi-Strategy Advisors. Rini received her BA in Economics at the University of California at Berkeley and is a proud Stuyvesant High School graduate.
