Director Mulvaney is the co-chairman of Actum, a global consultancy. His previous positions include Director of the Office of Mgmt. & Budget, White House Chief of Staff, Acting Director of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and Special Envoy to Northern Ireland. He served in the US House of Representatives from 2011 to 2017.
