Kelly J. Clark, MD, MBA, is a psychiatrist and addiction medicine specialist who has focused her career on issues of evidence informed behavioral health care, addictive disease, and payment reform. Dr. Clark founded Addiction Crisis Solutions to engage stakeholders in transforming addiction care to evidence-based, cost-effective practice. She is a member of the Milken Institute Center for Public Health Advisory Group, serves as Immediate Past President of the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM), and on the Steering Committee of the National Academy of Medicine's Action Collaborative on the US Opioid Epidemic. Dr. Clark has provided her expertise to the US FDA, SAMHSA, DOJ, and the Office of Comptroller General; the Pew Trusts, National Safety Council, National Business Group on Health and the National Alliance of Health Care Purchaser Coalitions; as well as numerous provider and payer organizations. Dr. Clark earned an MBA from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and her Medical Degree from the University of Wisconsin. She continues her work as a Founding Member of the National RX Summit Advisory Board.
