Emilie Choi oversees all operational functions at Coinbase, including Business (Corporate Development, Ventures, and Business Development), Sales/Coverage, Security, Customer Operations, IT, and Marketing and Communications. Prior to becoming President & COO, Emilie served as Coinbase’s Vice President of Business, Data and International. Prior to Coinbase, Emilie spent more than eight years at LinkedIn as the Vice President of Corporate Development, overseeing all M&A deals in the company’s history. Previously she has held corporate development and business operations roles at Warner Bros. and Yahoo!. Emilie also sits on the board of Okta. She holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Economics from Johns Hopkins University.
