Diana Fox Carney

Diana Fox Carney is Chair of Helios CLEAR a fund investing in climate adaptation and mitigation in Africa. In addition, she is an adviser to General Atlantic’s BeyondNetZero climate fund; a Senior Adviser at Eurasia Group; a strategic adviser to technology metals company, Techmet and to soil carbon company, Terramerra; and a trustee of the Shell Foundation (focused on enterprise solutions to energy access and clean transportation in Africa and India). With a long track record of working on climate and environmental issues – at think tanks and in the investing space, in Africa, the UK and Canada – she has system-level understanding of the global climate challenge and a passionate commitment to positive change.
