Candice Choh

Candice Choh is co-partner in charge of the Century City and Los Angeles offices of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, where she practices in the firm’s Corporate Transactions Practice Group. She has a broad-based practice encompassing mergers and acquisitions across a wide variety of industries and other private equity transactions, including co-investments, secondary transactions, and investments in sponsors.
