Brad is a Managing Director and Head of Middle Market at Fitch Ratings. Brad is responsible for all business development and on-going relationship management for Private Equity Sponsors, Banks, Arrangers and Asset Managers in the Middle Market, supporting all of their rating needs. Prior to Fitch Ratings, Brad was a Managing Director on the Capital Markets team at Antares Capital responsible for structuring and syndicating private equity-backed transactions agented by Antares Capital.
