Ashley Walker is a Managing Director in the Equity Capital Markets Group at Jefferies. She is the Global Head of Equity Syndicate and the Global Head of Equity Private Placements at Jefferies. Ashley is responsible for leading the firm’s syndication process for both private and public equity offerings, including pre-IPO financings, IPOs, follow-ons, block trades and convertible offerings. During her tenure in ECM, Ashley has acted as a deal captain on over 1,000 bookrun equity transactions, raising over $500 billion in proceeds for corporate clients across a wide range of industries and market caps. Ashley joined Jefferies after spending 14 years at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in Equity Capital Markets. Ashley received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia.
