Dr. Anthony Hassan is the President and CEO of Cohen Veterans Network (CVN). Dr. Hassan leads and executes the strategic, operational, and financial direction for CVN, which is an integrated national network of 25 outpatient mental health clinics for the entire military community. In addition, he leads CVN’s efforts to improve care and advance the field as a learning mental health system. Hassan is a veteran of the U.S. Army and Air Force with 30 years of experience in military behavioral health. He served during Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2004 on the first-ever Air Force combat stress control and prevention team embedded with the Army. Hassan’s last military assignment was at the U.S. Air Force Academy where he served as the Deputy Department Head, Leadership Directorate. He was also a Research Director and Clinical Professor at the University of Southern California. Hassan holds a Doctorate in Higher Education Administration from the University of South Florida and is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School, Advanced Management Program. Hassan serves on the PGA Foundation’s Board of Trustees.
