
Matt Levin is the CEO of Modern Health, a leading global workplace mental health platform. Under his leadership, Modern Health is advancing its mission to make mental health a strength for organizations and individuals worldwide by delivering accessible, personalized, and globally equitable care at scale. Matt brings more than two decades of leadership experience across health care, HR technology, and services sectors. Prior to Modern Health, he served as CEO of People 2.0, a global HR services platform enabling flexible work across more than 50 countries. Before that, he was President and CEO of Benefitfocus (NASDAQ: BNFT), which was acquired by Voya Financial (NYSE: VOYA).
Earlier in his career, Matt held executive leadership roles including Chief Strategy Officer at ADP (NASDAQ: ADP), Executive Vice President and Head of Global Strategy for Aon (NYSE: AON), and Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy at Hewitt Associates (NYSE: HEW). Named to Crain’s Chicago Business “40 Under 40” and as a member of the World Economic Forum’s Young Global Leaders program, Matt is known for scaling high-growth organizations and driving meaningful impact in workplace well-being. He holds degrees from Northwestern University and the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and as a passionate advocate for developing future leaders, he has served as a visiting lecturer at the University of Chicago and Northwestern University for the past 20 years.
