Dr. Kimberly L. Sterling is Vice President of Health Research at Resmed, where she leads a global team advancing clinical, economic, behavior/implementation science, and real-world evidence on sleep and breathing health technology.
A pharmacist and health economist by training, she brings over two decades of experience across the med tech and pharmaceutical industries, with a deep focus on health economics, health equity, and women’s health. Prior to joining Resmed, Kimberly held a variety of positions at Eli Lilly & Company and Sanofi, focused on HEOR strategy and implementation, scientific communication to payers and engagement with health technology assessment organizations. She has shaped evidence strategies at Eli Lilly, Sanofi, and Resmed, driving payer engagement, regulatory influence, and market access. Kimberly is a sought-after thought leader and active community advocate, championing health equity, inclusion, and belonging both in research and across her industry and local communities. Additionally, her research has been published in peer-reviewed journals related to a variety of diseases including sleep and respiratory medicine, bipolar disorder, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, and autoimmune diseases.
Kimberly earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Butler University and a Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Economics and Policy from the University of Southern California.
