Kenya T. Boswell is Senior Vice President, Community Affairs for Highmark Health and President of the Highmark Foundation. With over two decades in community affairs and philanthropic leadership, Ms. Boswell oversees Highmark Health's community initiatives across Pennsylvania, Delaware, West Virginia, and New York, including the Highmark Foundation, the Highmark Bright Blue Futures program and Allegheny Health Network’s community initiatives. With over 20 years in philanthropy, Ms. Boswell previously led global impact citizenship for BNY Mellon, creating the $2.5M UpPrize social innovation challenge benefiting marginalized communities. Recognized as a Woman of Influence and among Pittsburgh Business Times' "20 people to know in Healthcare," Ms. Boswell is a strategic leader focusing on social innovation and health equity. She currently serves on boards of Riverlife and the Jefferson Regional Foundation and is a member of the International Women’s Forum, WPA Chapter.
