Dr. Jin Lee is the Co-Founder and CEO of IMIDeology, a clinician-led autoimmune research network that bridges patients with practicing specialists in rheumatology, dermatology, and gastroenterology. She has worked across the healthcare ecosystem—from pharma and health insurance to hospital system innovation—leading initiatives in venture investment, product development, and commercialization. Dr. Lee is a limited partner in multiple angel funds and serves on multiple startup and nonprofit boards, including prior leadership roles with the American Heart Association and the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association.

She earned her Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology from the University of Oxford and her B.A. in Biology and Neuroscience from the University of Pennsylvania. A Presidential Leadership Scholar selected by four U.S. Presidential Centers, Dr. Lee was recognized by Biopharma Leaders of Color (BLOC) as one of the “100 Most Impactful Women and Allies Shaping the Future of Biopharma, Healthcare, and Life Sciences.”
