Ruth Berg is a Managing Partner at Palladium, a global impact firm working with governments, businesses, and investors to solve the world’s most pressing problems. Ruth leads the Americas Health Practice, which implements projects in over 35 countries in the areas of health policy, health financing, health systems strengthening, and private sector engagement. She also oversees Palladium's role as Implementation Manager of the Utkrisht Development Impact Bond, the world’s first health development impact bond. Previously, she served as GRM/Futures Group’s Vice President of Strategic Growth. She also held a number of senior project management roles at Abt Associates, including Project Director of USAID’s flagship Sustaining Health Outcomes through the Private Sector (SHOPS) project. Ruth holds an MA and PhD in Sociology and Demography from the University of Texas at Austin and a BA in Economics and International Relations from the University of California at Davis.
