Mr. Schmidle is a performance driven leader who draws on two decades of global experience as an executive in various industries, with a specific emphasis on Business to Business technology markets. Throughout his career, Schmidle led teams in start-ups, mid-sized, privately-held companies and large, publicly-traded companies. After leaving his most recent corporate position at The NPD Group, Inc., he was inspired to found CARI Therapeutics after witnessing close family members suffer from substance use disorders. He currently leads a team of bio-chemical and electrical engineers on a mission to help those suffering from substance use disorders. Previous to founding CARI Therapeutics, Schmidle served on the leadership teams of various market research and software development companies, of which six were acquired, giving him a wealth of experience in leading organizations and people through major changes. Mr. Schmidle holds a BA in Political Science from Weber State University and a MA in International Relations from the University of San Diego.
