Luciana Borio is Vice President at In-Q-Tel, an independent, non-profit, strategic investment firm that works to identify, adapt, and deliver innovative technology solutions to support the missions of the United States Intelligence Community. She specializes in biodefense, emerging infectious diseases, medical product development, and complex public health emergencies. Luciana earned an M.D. from George Washington University and completed fellowships in infectious diseases and critical care medicine at Johns Hopkins and the National Institutes of Health. Prior to joining In-Q-Tel, Luciana served in senior positions at the FDA and the National Security Council.
