For over 15 years, she produced remarkable results at Stanford Health Care in integrated system coordinated care delivery, value-based care, & personal/precision health. She has deep experience with oncology, primary care, solid organ transplant, and palliative service lines while delivering patient & family engagement initiatives with a focus on human-centered design. Deepti works with health startups on product viability, go-to-market strategy and execution, and operations design & implementation. She has led many enterprise initiatives on diversity, inclusion, leadership and organization development readiness. She also has vast experience and interest in health equity, social determinants of health modeling, design, and outcomes.
