Trevor Rozier-Byrd

Trevor Rozier-Byrd is the founder and CEO of Stackwell Capital, Inc., an innovative fintech platform that provides new pathways to wealth for emerging multicultural wealth builders. Trevor has more than fifteen years of corporate development, business strategy and corporate transactional legal experience focused on the asset management industry.

Prior to founding Stackwell, Trevor served as the Head of Strategy and Business Development for the State Street Alpha Platform. During his tenure at State Street, Trevor held senior sales, strategy, corporate development and legal positions. Prior to joining State Street, Trevor was a corporate transactional lawyer at the law firms of WilmerHale and Sidley Austin where his practice focused on M&A, capital markets and investment management. During law school, Trevor worked for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission – Division of Enforcement where he participated in investigations of possible violations of the federal securities laws. Since founding Stackwell, Trevor has received several awards and recognitions for his leadership.

Trevor was recognized as a Finance Catalyst by The Council of Urban Professionals in 2024. Trevor was named one of Boston Business Journal’s “Power 50 Movement Makers” in 2022. Pitchbook named Trevor on their Black Founders and Investors to Watch Lists in 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025. Trevor has also been appointed as a member of the Financial Health Network Financial Services Standards Advisory Council, and a member of the Prudential Financial Blueprints to Black Wealth Advisory Board.
