Stephen Propper

Stephen Propper has over 30 years of corporate treasury experience and currently holds the position of Vice President and Treasurer of Corning Incorporated, one of the world’s leading innovators in materials science. Prior to 2016, Stephen spent over 20 years at Merck & Co., Inc., a leading, global pharmaceutical and animal health company. Since 2016, Stephen has been responsible for Corning’s, pension investments, capital structure, debt management, foreign exchange, cash management, customer credit, and global insurance functions. This includes overseeing the company's financial risk management programs and developing and executing strategies which earned the Alexander Hamilton Awards in the Liquidity Management, Risk Management and Best Overall Corporate Treasury categories.
