Jyotsana "Jo" Jagadish is the Head of Digital, Payments and Contact Centers, TD Bank U.S. In this role, Jo leads the strategy, execution and innovation of digital and mobile capabilities to drive the future of omnichannel experiences at TD. She also serves as a member of the U.S. Senior Executive Team.
In her previous role as Head of U.S. Commercial Bank Products and Services, she led Product P&L for Treasury Management, Deposits and Merchant Acquiring. She oversaw innovative product launches including U.S. Business Central, Zelle for Small Business, and the award-winning Tap to Pay for iPhone, and the SMB Digital Insights Marketplace.
Before joining TD, Jo was Head of New Product Development and FinTech partnerships at JPMorgan Chase Commercial Banking where she led the strategy, development, and commercialization of new Treasury Management product capabilities. Prior to JPMorgan Chase, Jo led product and platform strategy globally for digital payments at Citibank, where she implemented Apple Pay in the U.S. before assuming the role of Global Product Manager for Apple Pay at Citi.
Jo has spent more than 18 years leading financial services teams, delivering value and innovation through creativity. She received her bachelor's in engineering, electronics & communications from Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), a top technical university in India.
Jo is a 2024 honoree of American Banker's Most Powerful Women in Banking NEXT Awards. She also received American Banker's "Most Powerful Women in Banking Top Team" award, and Crain's NY "Rising Stars in Banking and Finance" distinction.
