Jarvis V. Hollingsworth is President/CEO of JVH Capital Partners, Inc., a management consulting, corporate advisory, and capital formation/principal investing firm. He previously served as Vice Chairman of Irradiant Partners L.P., an alternatives investment advisor founded in October 2021 that focused on investments in renewable energy private equity and credit, liquid credit and opportunistic credit. Irradiant managed over $12B in assets before being acquired in June 2025. Jarvis also served as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer for the first 18 months following its founding. Previously, Jarvis served as Chief Legal Officer of Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors, an alternatives investment firm based in Los Angeles, and was formerly a Partner in several large law firms where he had a finance/corporate governance practice. Jarvis is an experienced director. He served two six-year terms as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Teacher Retirement System of Texas, a $200B+ defined-benefit pension for Texas public education employees. He currently serves as a Director of Crescent Energy Co (NYSE:CRGY), a diversified energy company, the Memorial Hermann Health System, and NACD Texas – TriCities Chapter. He was formerly a Director of Vital Energy (NYSE:VTLE). Jarvis is Chair of the Milken Institute's Inclusive Capital Executive Council. Jarvis received his B.S. from the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he was a four-year letterman on the Army West Point football team. He received his law degree from the University of Houston Law Center.
