Einat Steklov

Co-CEO and Co-Founder, Kashable

Einat Steklov is the Co-CEO and Co-Founder of Kashable, a financial wellness company that brings an innovative approach to consumer lending by providing access to socially responsible, low-cost credit to employees. As an Israeli immigrant, Einat witnessed firsthand the difficulty of establishing financial security in the U.S. As a result, she founded Kashable in 2013 alongside entrepreneur Rishi Kumar, to help transform the way working Americans access credit. Under Einat's leadership, Kashable has raised over $425M+ in equity and debt capital and has partnered with more than 350 companies to provide over 4 million employees with financial health, wealth and financial wellness tools. 

An accomplished executive with P&L accountability, Einat is also the founder of Coral Capital Solutions, a commercial finance company specializing in factoring and asset-based lending that launched in 2008. She combines business acumen with innate leadership abilities to recruit, build and retain top performing professionals and excels in dynamic and challenging environments. Since inception, Coral Capital has enabled dozens of businesses to successfully grow, improve performance, and realize their full potential through Coral Capital’s affordable financing solutions. 

Einat was named Innovator of the Year at the 2024 American Banker Awards. Alongside Rishi Kumar, she has also been honored three times as one of Goldman Sachs’ Most Exceptional Entrepreneurs at their Builders and Innovators Summit. She holds an LLB from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
