Namsun Kim

Namsun Kim is President of Investments for NAVER, Korea's largest internet company and leader in search and e-commerce, and is Chief Executive Officer of Poshmark, a leading U.S. second-hand fashion e-commerce company based in Silicon Valley and subsidiary of NAVER. He also serves as Managing Partner of NAVER Ventures, NAVER's corporate venture capital arm, and is on the Board of NAVER's affiliate Webtoon Entertainment (Nasdaq: WBTN), a leading global digital storytelling platform. Previously, Namsun was NAVER's Chief Financial Officer from 2022 to 2025. Prior to joining NAVER in 2020 to lead corporate development and M&A, Namsun oversaw Korea private equity investments for Macquarie Group, during which time he served on the Boards of ADT Korea (c/k/a SK Shieldus, a leading security and dispatch provider) and LG CNS (a leading IT services provider and LG Group affiliate). Previously, he was an investment banker at Morgan Stanley and Lazard across New York, Hong Kong and Seoul. Namsun began his career as a corporate attorney at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York. He received a B.S. in Materials Science & Engineering from Seoul National University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
