Ling is based in Singapore with regional responsibilities across Asia Pacific, bringing 19 years of experience in financial services. She advises sovereign, corporate, financial institution clients on sustainable finance and capital solutions, with expertise spanning the full spectrum of banking products, including sustainable debt and equity financing, M&A, investor engagement, and sustainability strategy and communications advisory.
Prior to joining BNP Paribas, Ling headed the Sustainable Solutions Group APAC at Bank of America. Additionally, she spent 14 years in corporate banking, leading regional client strategy across the Energy & Power sector and the Non-Bank Financial Institution portfolio at Bank of America, DBS and Citi in APAC. Her extensive sector coverage experience provides a strong technical and commercial foundation for her work in sustainable finance.
Ling holds a Global Executive MBA from INSEAD, a Master's degree in Nano-Chemical Engineering from Myongji University, Korea, and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Dalian University of Technology, China.
She also holds the CFA Institute Certificate in ESG Investing, as well as INSEAD Certificates in Gender & Diversity and Design TBC Thinking & Creativity for Business.
