Jasbir Singh Gujral

A Chartered Accountant by profession, started his career with JC Bhalla & Co, Chartered Accountants, New Delhi. Thereafter worked with leading manufacturing companies Triveni Engineering Works Ltd and Continental Device India Ltd.

In 1990 Co-founded SGS Tekniks Manufacturing Pvt Ltd, an EMS company with three other Professionals and has worked across all functional areas with focus on Finance Strategy and Operations. 

A firm believer in” Collaborative Approach” Spearheaded the deal structuring with Syrma Technology Pvt Ltd between 2019-2021 culminating in the creation of Syrma SGS Technology Ltd and was appointed the Managing Director of the merged Entity in 2021. Successfully closed the IPO of the Company in Aug 2022.

Syrma SGS Technology Ltd is one of the largest independent EDMS Companies in India with a turnover of over Rs 4819 crores in F.Y. 2025-26 with exports accounting for a healthy 25% of the revenues. The Company has 16 plants spread across India, Germany with design Centers in Chennai, Gurgaon and Germany.
