Firas Sleiman

Firas Sleiman is the Founder, CEO, and Chief AI Officer of TENN.ai, FlowTeam.ai, Agentic-GOV.ai and the Khwarizmi AI Center. He has spent the past three years building and architecting a sovereign, agentic AI platform now in production inside a central bank, several foreign ministries, and large corporations across the Middle East. Firas architected and product-managed 38+ B2G/B2B/B2C applications in the FlowTeam suite of AI apps and lead a large team of AI/ML engineers to roughly $8M+ ARR.

Firas's work sits at the intersection of deep technical architecture and government strategy: his platform gives public institutions full control over their own AI infrastructure — data, models, and compute — without dependence on cloud providers, a model he has implemented firsthand across multiple sovereign deployments. Before founding TENN.ai, Firas spent nearly 30 years advising governments and enterprises across three continents, including as Partner & Associate Director at Boston Consulting Group, Principal at Booz Allen Hamilton, and Senior Partner at PwC.

His current mission is to unlock Sovereign AI in Government — and build what it actually takes to deploy and govern AI systems nations can trust with their own data.
