Temuulen Bayaraa is the CEO of the Chinggis Khaan Sovereign Wealth Fund of Mongolia—making her one of the youngest sovereign wealth fund CEOs globally. She coordinates Mongolia’s efforts to steward its natural resource wealth with discipline, transparency, and intergenerational impact. She has a cross-disciplinary background spanning public, private, and academic sectors, having worked with government institutions in Mongolia and Singapore and development finance institutions. Her efforts contributed to Mongolia’s 28-place rise in the UN E-Government Development Index and 14-place climb in the Global Soft Power Index. She also serves on the board of the Business Council of Mongolia, advancing public-private dialogue for sustainable growth. Temuulen spent eight years in Singapore working on development finance and technology commercialization projects with the World Bank and the National University of Singapore. She holds a master's in public policy from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at NUS, where she graduated as valedictorian and received the Dean’s Leadership Award. Her commitment to education equity led her to found a gamified edtech solution that enables underserved youth to exchange civic contributions for access to quality learning—benefiting over 50,000 students nationwide.
