
Shaline brings over two decades of experience in banking and private equity across Asia. She leads her family office from Hong Kong, where she is driving a transition from traditional asset allocation to impact investing—aligning financial returns with environmental sustainability, social responsibility, and family values. Her work focuses on environmentally driven projects and initiatives that promote women’s health and female empowerment. Shaline is passionate about applying corporate best practices to strengthen the social enterprise model, particularly through her involvement with the Maverick Collective. She serves on the board of Westports Malaysia, the country’s largest port operator, and holds a degree in Economics from the University of Cambridge and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Originally from Malaysia, Shaline now resides in Hong Kong with her husband, three sons, and two dogs.
