Rishi was appointed Executive Director and Group CFO at ofi in January 2020 upon its creation following the reorganization of the Olam Group. With over 30 years of global finance leadership experience, Rishi has served as CFO across India, West Africa, and Europe at Olam Group, having also been President & Group Head of Finance. He has spearheaded key organizational initiatives, including the acquisition of ADM's Global Cocoa business, leading the Group’s reorganization which led to the formation of ofi, and establishing a dedicated finance team responsible for pioneering multi-capital accounting – embedding sustainability within the organization. Rishi helped form and was the founding Chair of the APAC CFO Leadership Network of Accounting for Sustainability (A4S) from its inception to 2025. A4S was established by HM King Charles III in 2004, when he was The Prince of Wales. Rishi has received several awards in recognition of his work to support the evolving role of finance in shaping a more sustainable future, including the 2025 'Finance for the Future' Leadership Award. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant, a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and has completed the Advanced Management Program from The Wharton Business School, USA.
