Miro Lu

Managing Director, Perspective Media

Miro Lu is an international journalist and media executive with deep experience at the intersection of geopolitics, technology, business, and culture. She is the Founder and Managing Director of Perspective Media, producing features and original films for global outlets including BBC, CNN International, TRT, and Vice Media. She also serves as Editor-in-Chief of the independent digital publication Asia Tech Lens. Through Perspective Media, Ms. Lu continues to contribute in-depth features and broadcast reports to CGTN, where she covered landmark global events such as the disappearance of MH370, the inaugural Trump–Kim summit, and the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior to that, Ms. Lu served as the New York Bureau Chief for Yicai Media Group, and she began her career as a financial journalist with CNBC Asia. Recognized as a seasoned moderator, Ms. Lu has led high-level panels on emerging technologies and global trends, engaging leaders from both government and industry. Her career across Singapore, Shanghai, and New York has equipped her with a unique transnational perspective. Passionate about amplifying Asian stories through a global lens, she is widely regarded for bridging Eastern and Western viewpoints and bringing nuanced insights to diverse audiences worldwide.
