Before that, he was President and COO of Yum! China, leading a turnaround and growth of a US$6B enterprise with over 300,000 associates and 7,000+ restaurants.Milind began his career with Unilever, spending 15 years across India, Africa, the Middle East, and Turkey in foods, beverages, and ice cream.Having lived and led in five countries across three continents, Milind brings a global perspective on the complexities of business and leadership. From growing up in the foothills of the Himalayas to leading multi-billion-dollar enterprises, he remains guided by the power of a growth mindset.
