Megan Willis

Associate, The Robertsbridge Group

Megan Willis is an Associate at The Robertsbridge Group and the Founder and Director of Willis Lee Advisory. She is an environmental sustainability and social impact expert with more than 20 years’ experience leading sustainability programming and policy within global supply chains, with expertise in agricultural commodities. In her current capacity, she advises multinational corporations, private equity and venture capital firms, start-ups and NGOs on sustainability policy and strategies that mitigate risk, generate impact and create value. She was most recently Global Head of Sustainable Sourcing for Unilever, and prior to that the APAC Sustainability Director for Cargill. She spent the early part of her career in international development under the U.S. Government, with various global postings in APAC and sub-Saharan Africa. She holds her MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MA in International Relations from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.
