Kishore is CEO, Alternatives, Private Funds at CapitaLand Investment (CLI), responsible for developing and leading the global strategy for new private fund products and platforms, including asset-backed alternative strategies in credit, insurance solutions, secondaries, private equity, and special opportunities.Prior to joining CLI, Kishore was Founder and CEO of LXA, a mortgage asset manager focused on channeling institutional capital into residential mortgage opportunities across Asia. Before that, he spent nearly 15 years at Blackstone, most recently as Senior Managing Director and Asia Head of the Tactical Opportunities Fund, where he led investments across the Asia Pacific.Kishore also held leadership roles as Co-Head of Private Markets at Highbridge Capital in Hong Kong and CEO of Colony Capital Taiwan, where he built the platform and acquired nearly NT$100 billion in loan portfolios. He was also part of the founding team of CBRE India and later became the founding director of CBRE Investors in Asia.Kishore holds a BBA (Honours) and an MBA in Real Estate Finance from the Schulich School of Business, York University in Toronto.
