In 2008, Jay co-founded Roc Nation and has overseen its evolution from a boutique company to an international, cultural powerhouse. The company’s client list includes some of the world’s most recognizable names including Alicia Keys, LaMelo Ball, Vinicius Junior and Rihanna. Jay currently serves as Vice Chairman of Roc Nation. In March 2019, Jay co-founded MVP. The firm has a passion for building innovative businesses and mass-market brands that resonate with culture across products and services, media and technology. Jay also co-founded Fenty brands – Fenty Beauty, Fenty Skin, Fenty Fragrance and Savage X Fenty. Currently serving on several boards, Jay lends his collective expertise to organizations including the Shawn Carter Foundation, BeyGOOD, Fenty Beauty, Fenty Skin, Savage X Fenty, Hammer Museum, Madison Reed and the Clara Lionel Foundation (CLF).
