Hsueh Ling has more than 30 years of extensive experience in real estate development, investments, private and public -listed fund management, capital raising, asset operations and enhancement across multiple asset classes in Singapore, Australia, China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Korea and Japan. She has also executed many win-win exit strategies via capital recycling and monetisation of assets, grew new fund businesses and was instrumental in spearheading many real estate initiatives. She was in Capitaland, Ascendas, Keppel, Lendlease and Savills Investment Management, holding senior to top management, Chairman, executive director and director roles with Asia Pacific mandate.
