Chiang Ling Ng is Co-Head of Investment Management and responsible for developing investment andfund strategies that align with Hines’ global investment approach. She is a member of the firm’s Executiveand Investment Committees.Chiang Ling joined Hines in 2021 as Chief Investment Officer of Asia. Leveraging more than 25 years ofinvestment expertise, Chiang Ling built a comprehensive, diversified strategy for Hines’ first pan-Asiacore-plus fund and plays a key role in developing Hines’ discretionary fund business. Prior to joiningHines, Chiang Ling held leadership roles at M&G Real Estate Asia and the real estate private equitydivision of Goldman Sachs.Chiang Ling currently serves as chairperson of the Asian Association for Investors in Non-Listed RealEstate Vehicles (ANREV), which focuses on improving transparency and fostering best practices acrossthe region for the private real estate industry.She is deeply committed to leadership excellence and professional growth. She dedicates significant timeto mentoring the next generation of investment professionals and leaders within Hines and across theindustry. Additionally, she leads the “One Hines Women’s Network” initiative, fostering collaboration andinnovation throughout the region.Chiang Ling earned a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from Princeton University and is fluentin English, Mandarin, and Japanese. Chiang Ling enjoys golf, swimming, and tennis.
