Anupam is the Vice President of People & Communities (HR) at Cisco for Asia Pacific, Japan, and Greater China (APJC). She spearheads the people strategy for a workforce of 25,000+ employees within Cisco. Anupam's expertise lies in partnering with business leaders to craft and synchronize HR strategies that drive performance, facilitate Cisco's growth trajectory, and nurture a culture of diversity and inclusion.

Anupam has exceptional leadership in navigating dynamic and complex geopolitical and business landscapes across Asia throughout her tenure with Cisco. She has held pivotal roles, from leading HR for Cisco India & SAARC to serving as the HR Leader for the Engineering Business in India and guiding various HR efforts for Cisco’s Customer Experience organization across the APJC region.
