A Fulbright Scholar and Harvard Kennedy School graduate, Antara is a qualified lawyer and the author of several peer-reviewed publications. With a background spanning UNICEF and the World Bank, she has developed national programs on social protection and child rights in several countries with evaluated positive impact for millions of children and youth.
